4. Purchases and Payment All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. By making a purchase, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method. We reserve the right to: Modify pricing at any time. Correct pricing errors. Refuse or cancel orders. Limit purchase quantities. Price changes will not affect completed transactions.

5. Subscriptions DM Arsenal may offer recurring subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription: You authorize recurring billing. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled. 6. No Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital products and immediately accessible downloadable content, all sales are final. Replace outdated versions. Remove products from sale. Modify subscription benefits. Purchased products may receive updated versions over time. While we strive to maintain access to purchased content, we do not guarantee perpetual availability of every version of a product. Users are encouraged to download and archive purchased content for their own records.

Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DM ARSENAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM: Use of the Services Inability to access the Services Content errors Service interruptions Loss of data OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO DM ARSENAL DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
